What an awesome album. Using the music of today's youth, you capture the deep thoughts and heartfelt experiences of a man who is walking with God as he sees the wide range of injustices, pains, needs, and victories of life. You have many messages, and an album which carries those messages, incredible messages of reality! Keep up the God work!

Deonte,
Tight work man. I was really surprised to hear you flow. You have a unique sound which is a good thing. "Keep me training" is one of my favorite tracks.

Wow, I had no idea that you were a lyricist. Great beats, excellent deliverance and the lyrics are the best. Keep it up.

This album is hot. Everyone needs to get 3 copies: one for the house, one for the car, and one as a gift to another person..

I must say I don't like rap at all... But now you can hear me coming up the street with this on smiling and waving my hands.. Thank you Deonte for giving our youth something real to raise there hands and shout about. Just look at GOD!

Deonte,
This is your San Diego Mom talking to you and my chest is puffed out and I am spreading the word. I loved UR Album, I love your album, and love the Spiritual Chocolate is sweet (no pun intended). I was supposed to be on the Beta crew, but I got the music when God said and it is lovely, relevant, has a hook according to Jamarko and Jameisha, they both love it. Like we talked on the phone recently we got to get that San Diego connection going again...... and get this thing started and spreading the WORD like wild fire...keep blessing us with your words that flow from the Father above.
Blessings to you and Melody!
with Christly and motherly love,

~~letitia

I caught your interview on KAZI this morning and the two songs that I heard made me decide to buy your cd. I'm not much into rap, but I could relate to your music and I'm pretty sure my 14 year old will love it.
